We are looking for a new housemate aged 24+ from 1 July!

The room is 12 m², has laminate flooring and costs €450 per month. The rent includes gas, water, electricity and internet. The deposit is €450.

The room is fully furnished and all furniture must be taken over for an additional amount of €450. This means the room is ready to move into straight away. The furniture includes: sofa, table, wardrobe, desk, bed frame, chairs, curtains, cabinet next to the desk and small cabinet next to the sofa.

The apartment is located in the Grunobuurt area. The location is ideal: around 5 minutes by bike to Groningen Central Station, 10 minutes to the city centre and 15 minutes to Zernike.

The apartment also has an 80 m² garden, a shared kitchen and a shared shower.

You will be living with three guys aged 23, 25 and 28. We live in a well-kept house where everyone takes responsibility. We do not have fixed house nights, but we get along well and enjoy doing something together every now and then.

We are at the end of our studies or have already finished studying, and we are looking for someone who is in a similar phase of life. It is important that you are tidy and independent, but also social and respectful of the shared spaces.
