About the place

Dear room seekers,

At the 14th of April this room will be available, in Vinkhuizen in Groningen. The centre of the city is about a 15 minute bike ride, but its very close to Zernike.

The room is about 25m2, including your own kitchen. The walls are currently painted purple, but you can of course paint them, if that's not your style.

You come to live with 4 housemates. Stijn, Niccolò, Mayli and Michela. All are students of the age of 20-25. Everyone is kinda to themselves, but sometimes there's a BBQ organised in the shared garden. But of course, nothing is obliged.

The monthly rent is €495 excl. Gas, water, electricity and internet are arranged by the housemates. And the costs are split.
