About the place

Hello ladies and gentlepeople,

From the first of March, a room will become available in the always sunny neighbourhood Vinkhuizen! Even though the house is a bit far from the city centre of Groningen (approx. 15 minutes by bike), it is really close to the Zernike campus (5 minutes by bike) and the Vinkhuizen shopping centre, where you will find all the necessary shops for your daily groceries. The room is approximately 25m2 and the rent is 550 euros a month (excluding utilities). Sadly, we do not have a common room in our house, but our garden offers a great place to chill together and sit in the sun!

In total, we live together with the 5 of us (You?, Stijn, Mayli, Lara and Niccolò) and we share 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Additionally, you will have your own kitchen! Because we are all a little older, we are looking for someone who has “some experience” with studying and living on their own (20+). We all have our own things going on, but we do like to cook and eat together sometimes or organise a house evening!
