About the place

spacious attic room + small scullery for rent in Vinkhuizen. The scullery contains a sink and room for a small fridge. Furthermore, a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom, toilet, and garden in which we sit often during the summer days; will be shared with the rest of the house. The house is located in Groningen, 5 minutes by bike from the Zernike Campus and 15 minutes by bike from the city center. Because the house is located on the outskirts of Groningen, there is a lot of greenery for walking/running!
We like to get together so now and then to either have dinner together or play some games. However, we do not have obligatory house evenings.
The rent is €320.- and the costs for the utilities are approximately €95.-.
