Pros:
Distance to the uni
Private, cozy
You only share the kitchenette with 1 person, and the wc/shower with 2.

Cons:
The kitchenette only has cold water
It's the attic, so you have an electric, portable heater, not a radiator.

The rent includes EVERYTHING you see in the picture of the room, PLUS:
All taxes -municipal, waste, etc.
All services -gas/electra, water, internet.

No shoes in the house; no visitors after 10pm. Cleaning of the communal areas is done on the weekends, and there are guidelines to do it (well).
