About the place

Per March 1, a room (approx. 9,5m²) will be available for rent with own kitchen at the Boterdiep in Groningen. It is equipped with laminate flooring, underfloor heating, sink and intercom. The kitchen has a hob, extractor hood and refrigerator. There is also a communal bike shed and roof terrace and each room has its own mailbox.
The bathrooms and toilets are shared with the inmates.

The rent is € 450, - including gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, municipal charges and cleaning of the common areas.  

The room is located in a nice location, near the center of Groningen and the Noorderplantsoen. 

If you are interested in this accommodation we would like to receive an introduction of yourself with what you are doing in terms of study and/or work and who you are as a person. Requests for viewings of living spaces are handled exclusively by e-mail. Based on all applications, we will usually make a selection within a week for the viewing of this accommodation.
