About the place

A spacious 25 square meter room is available in a student house in Groningen. The house has a total capacity of six people and currently has five roommates. Shared facilities include two toilets, one bathroom, and a shared kitchen.

The house is located just five minutes from the Zernike campus, making it ideal for university students. Supermarkets are very close by: Jumbo is around five minutes away, and Lidl is about a ten minute walk. Public transport and cycling routes are also easily accessible.

Important: We are specifically looking for someone who is quiet and tidy. Being quiet is extremely important for the atmosphere in the house. If you prefer a peaceful living environment and respect shared spaces, you will fit in well here.
