About the place

👉We are looking for a very clean and tidy person, who is outgoing but not into partying every second day. We'd prefer a girl 22+ as she would fit more with our ages and responsibilities. We're looking for someone who thinks about the longer-term rental of the room until the end of June 2026. Plus, we clean the whole house every week so if you are not up to that, we won't be considering you. Our set house evening is every other tuesday. We like to cook, eat, just talk, play or whatever you'd wanna do together! :) 

🙋‍♀🙋🏼‍♀ We're a small house of 3, with a Slovak girl, a German girl and you. We're a house with open doors and love to have spontaneous chat or just walk into one anothers rooms. At the same time we respect each others privacy and can just be for ourselfs in our room. Together we have dinner, play games, have brunch at home and go out for a coffee or dinner.
- 🇸🇰 I'm Katarína, a 21-year-old girl, currently studying Computing Science at the University of Groningen. I'm outgoing and always happy to have spontaneous chats, cook together, or play some board games, but I also respect personal space and quiet time. I’m not a party person — I much prefer brunch dates, motorcycle rides, or spending quality time with family and friends. 
- 🇩🇪 I'm Emma. I am a open, outgoing and funny person. I love to cook and have coffee and (deep) talks with my friends and I love card and board games. Also I like to play Spikeball. And I am 25 years old and working at a kindergarden 4 days a week.  

📍The house is located at the Berlageweg, there is a Albert Heijn, Lidl and Plus within 5 mins by bike. The city centre is around 10 minutes by bike, and Zernike is 15 minutes.

🏠There are 3 rooms in the house, we don't have a living room, we usually hang out in the kitchen. The kitchen is shared with a microwave, oven, sink, freezer, fridge, cutlery, pots, pans and storage space. We also have a shared bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Plus we have a washing machine as well. 

🛏Your room is 21 m², has large windows which are streetside, and costs 550€/month inclusive. Registration is possible at this address! Please note that there is no bed or other furniture in the room at the moment, so you’ll have to bring your own. The move-in date the 1st of June. 

 How can you get the room? Please send us a short (max 1,5 mins) intro video introducing yourself (preferred😉), but a text message suffices as well. Then we select the best candidates for viewing and will narrow it down to 1 candidate. See you soon!
