About the place

Starting on the 1st of February a room will open up in our house at the Berlageweg in Groningen. The room is 18 m2 and you will share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with 2 other housemates (a couple). The room itself contains some furniture (closet) and couch which are included in the price. Additionally there is a shared garden available and a shared shed to place your bike. 

The house is more or less at a distance of a 15 minute bike ride to Zernike and the city center. The supermarket is at a walking distance of 15 minutes as well.

We are looking for a quiet and neat international male or female tenant, since the house is located in a family neighbourhood, preferably a Master/PhD student or working. Additionally, we are looking for a tentant who does not smoke and will keep the house tidy. We as the landlords are a couple, of which one is working, and we're also living in the house ourselves.
