The room is accessible via a fixed but steep staircase, therefore the room is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The total rental price for this room is € 758,77, consisting of the rent (€ 550,44), available inventory (€ 11,48 for share inventory and € 12,50 for private inventory) and service charges (€ 184,35). At the end of the rental period, the service charges are calculated again, based on supplier invoices.

The characteristic 1930s house is located in the cozy Rivierenbuurt, on the quiet Berkelstraat. The house is close to a supermarket (5/1 minutes walk / bike), the central station (7/2 minutes walk / bike) and center (to the Herestraat is 15/5 minutes walk / bike).
