About the place

The rooms measure 3,4 * 4,8 meters (16 M2) and 2,15*3,15 (7 M2), to be used as study/bed/living room. 

The biggest room has a large window with a view over the quiet Berkelstraat, and the smaller room a view over gardens and a quiet alley. The smaller room has a washing stand. The rooms have recently been painted.

The rental price for both rooms together is EUR 814,05, which includes the supplement for the available inventory -EUR 11,38 and EUR 8,75- and service charges -EUR 199,06-).

Facilities:
-There is an internet connection available in the entire house via WiFi.
-The entire house has central heating (new installation).
-The shared kitchen has almost everything (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, all cooking and eating utensils), washing machine and dryer.
-An inventory list is part of the rental agreement.
-The toilet, shower and roof terrace are shared by the 3 residents.

Conditions:
- Registration is no problem.
-When signing the rental agreement, a deposit of 1 month's rent is required, which is refunded after the end of the rental agreement upon return of the keys, room and common areas, in the same condition.
-The house will be sold half way 2025. The rental agreement is until June 30th, 2025. Depending on the sales, some flexibility may apply, closer to this date.
-From the rental permit, a maximum of 3 persons can live in the house. Therefore, only 1 person can use these rooms, even though it would fit to have more people. There is no point asking for exceptions, as it would be breaking the law.
