About the place

I am looking for a flatmate who would like to move into this cosy room in Aweg! The flat is very central, but the room is still nice and quiet as it faces the backyard.

I am looking for a nice, sociable and clean person to live with. I like to do my own thing, but also enjoy spending time with my flatmates, for example having cosy cooking evenings, watching films or bouldering. As I work as a PhD student at the university, I would ideally like to find someone who also works or is a bit further on with their studies and has a fairly regular daily routine.
