About the place

Hello, Im giving away my long stay contract at SSH to the first person to repply to this ad, I need to give the contract as soon as possible so I do not spend more money on the rent as I already moved out of the room. The room is great.

About the room:
Nice cozy room with private bathroom and shower located in the still new building of Upsilon near Zernike campus and 3 minutes away Padepoel shopping center. You would have 7 other roommates who are clean, and calm. We do not like loud people or smokers. The listing is unfurnished but this can also be discussed.
