About the place

A room will be available for rent on Amethiststraat as of October 1. It is approximately 21m² in size and located on the 2nd floor of the house. The room has been freshly painted and is equipped with curtains and laminate flooring. It also has its own kitchen. The toilet, bathroom, garden, and bicycle storage are shared with the other residents. 

The rent is €650, including utilities and municipal taxes.
