About the place

I am a PhD student subletting a room upstairs in my apartment to help with rent, as it is too expensive for one person alone.

As shown in the photos, the available space is an open upstairs area within a shared apartment. It is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, blanket, pillow, table, chair, and closet.

✅ All bills included – Internet, gas, electricity, and other utilities are covered. No extra costs.
✅ Fully equipped kitchen – You will have access to everything in the kitchen.

About me: I am a clean, neat, and quiet PhD student who spends most of my time studying and teaching.

Important: This room is not suitable for someone seeking total privacy, as there is no wall or door separating it from the rest of the apartment (as seen in the photos). However, it is a small, clean, and quiet space, ideal for two people who are comfortable and flexible in a shared living arrangement.
