About the place

A semi-studio is available for ONE person on the top floor of a large quiet house. 
You have a private kitchen (about 7 square meters), own toilet and a south-facing balcony outside the bedroom. Shower unit is in a shared bathroom. 
All kitchen essentials : pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery are provided. Bedsheets, pillows, duvets are also provided. 
Potential housemate needs to be clean, tidy, quiet, and works outside home during office hours Monday to Friday. 
1 minute walk to supermarkets and bus stop. 
15 minutes bike ride to city center. 18 minutes ride to Zenike campus.
