About the place

I am looking for someone to share my home with! It is a spacious house with three bedrooms (yours, mine, and my guest room/study). We share the entire house and the utilities (kitchen with dishwasher, living room, bathroom, two toilets, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, garden and roof terrace).

The house is located about three minutes from the city center and around the corner from the UMCG. (spot the UMCG in the picture!) It is a quiet house.

I am a doctor and PhD candidate, working mainly from home. You share the house with me and my cat Freddie. My boyfriend comes over often (he lives in another city) and my parents come over once every few months.

14m2, furnished room. €795 including utilities and internet.

I will rent it out for 6 months with a chance of an extension.
