About the place

Hi! Room available April 1st! (Female 18-20), Preferably internationals 
I’m moving out at the end of this month so I’m looking for someone to move into my old room. The apartment is on Admiraal de Ruyterlaan, so it is a 5 min bike ride to the city! You would share the kitchen, bathroom, an all round room, and balcony with 3 other international girls. The room is 13 square meters with a loft bed to give it a more spacious feel. The rent is 485 euros per month excluding GWE which is 60-80 per month. The main furniture in the room/house should be taken over for under 400 euros.
