About the place

Heyy I’m moving out soon and therefore this room will become available mid March/ 1. April (till indefinite).
Its a nice room with around 8m2 and a big window front facing the backyard.
The room will stay fully furnished (except the working-desk/cupboard combination + the chair) and was renovated in September last year. 
The left side of the window can be tilted and fully opened as a sliding door.
The whole apparent is fully furnished as well and quite spacious (idk the exact square footage but if you message me I can send a video of the whole apartment). 
You would also have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
You would share the apartment with 1 roommate (M(23), student) and have a backyard with a roofed sitting area and a small shed as well as some space in front of the house to put your bike. 

The location is perfect : Lidl and Albert Heijn are just 350m away, Zernike Campus around 6min 🚴 and the city center around 10min 🚴.

You would have to take over all of my furniture in my room except the working desk + chair).
It was all bought brand new around 6 months ago.
