About the place

This room is only 15 minutes from Radboud university in Nijmegen bij car. De bus to the centre of Nijmegen takes 25 minutes. The busstop is only 2 minutes walking from the room. 
It is situated on the second floor.
I am looking for 1 new tenant from the 1st of march onwards. Price is 800 per month incl. 
There are two small rooms in the apartment and one large room. The large room is rented to an English speaking boy. The two small rooms are one room with a bed and one (half open) loft also with a bed. 
Further there a small kitchen and a bathroom which you both share with the other tenant.
