About the place

This room is only 15 minutes from Radboud university in Nijmegen bij car. De bus to the centre of Nijmegen takes 25 minutes. The busstop is only 2 minutes walking from the room. 
It is situated on the second floor.
I am looking for 2 new tenants from the 12th of January onwards. Price is 800 per month per person. 
Their is one large room and two small rooms in the apartment. Further a small kitchen and a bathroom.
