Hi! I’m Richard, a Bachelor's student at the TU/e, and I’m looking for a like‑minded roommate to share my large, fully furnished 3‑room apartment in Geldrop (a 20‑minute bike ride from campus).

About the Apartment

Size & layout: ~110m² with three private bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Furnishings: Beds, wardrobes, desk & chair in each room; fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer); living‑room seating; laundry machine.

Location: Quiet, safe neighborhood; close to supermarkets, gym, and public transport (bus & train within 5 min walk).

About Me & What I’m Looking For

Me: I’m 24, studying Engineering, active gym‑goer, book lover, and I’m usually in bed by 11–12 pm.

Roommate: Ideally a TU/e student or young professional who:

Keeps a similar daily routine (early to bed, early to rise)

Respects shared spaces and cleanliness

Rarely parties at home or uses alcohol/drugs excessively

Is focused on studies/work but also friendly and outgoing

Rent & Details

Monthly rent: €950 (all utilities & high‑speed internet included)

Availability: Room free from May 1st onward

Deposit: Two month’s rent
