A room will be available in our spacious apartment (95m2) as of May 1st. Are you, like us, a (working) student who is up for a nice chat during a joint dinner, then this is your chance!

We live with four people in this top location, one of whom will unfortunately be leaving us. This means that we are left with 3 men and we are looking for a man or woman to join us. The apartment is located above the central shopping street of Geldrop, with all the necessary shops and several supermarkets around the corner. Geldrop station is a 7-minute walk and by train you are about 5 minutes away from Eindhoven station. If you are not lazy, you can also take your bike, then you will be at the TU/e ​​in 25 minutes.

The room that will be available is approximately 10m2 and will cost 390 euros per month. This includes everything, namely: gas/water/electricity, internet, waste tax, etc. Of course, for this amount you do not only get a room, but you can also use the rest of the apartment. The apartment also has a hall, spacious living room with a balcony at the back, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen also has a combi microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. The deposit is 237.50 euros.

The chest of drawers and large closet are included.
