A room will become available in our spacious apartment (95m2) as of February 1. If you are a (working) student who is up for a nice conversation, but also appreciates privacy and peace, then this is your chance!

We live in this prime location with a total of four people, one of whom is unfortunately leaving us. Because of this we have encountered 3 men and we are looking for a man or woman to accompany us. The apartment is located above the central shopping street of Geldrop, with all necessary shops and several supermarkets around the corner. Geldrop station is a 7-minute walk and the train takes you about 5 minutes to Eindhoven station. If you are not lazy, you can also take your bike and you will be at TU/e ​​in 25 minutes.

The room that becomes available is approximately 12m2 and will cost 450 euros per month. This includes everything, namely: gas/water/electricity, internet, waste tax, etc. For this amount you not only get a room, but you can also use the rest of the apartment. The apartment also has a hall, spacious living room with a balcony at the rear, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen also has a combination microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The deposit is 237.50 euros.

The chest of drawers is included, the black curtains are not.
