A furnished bedroom is available in a charming two-bedroom house with a garden in Geldrop. You will share the common spaces, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and garden, with one other female housemate. The house is bright, comfortable and ready to move into.

The room will be available from late August or early September and the rent is €850 per month, excluding utilities. The lease is long-term.

i. The application must be complete (your motivation for this property, when you can
start renting and how long you would like to rent here)
ii. Candidates must respond within 48 hours to confirm that they are still interested, if
no response is received in time, it will be assumed that there is no interest and the

made.
iii. If there is such a large age difference with the current residents, this may be a
reason for rejection, the current residents determine this limit

was received

sustainable cohabitation is realistic and whether they feel comfortable and safe with
