Looking for a nice roommate!

Because I am not home much, 2 to 3 days a week, I am immediately looking for a nice roommate to share the house with.

In addition to a large living room (25m2), bedroom en suite (16m2), the house has a large kitchen (15m2) with combination microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer. There is enough space in the basement (18m2) to place an extra refrigerator/freezer. Above the basement there is an upstairs room (18m2) that can be used. The bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet is also spacious (20m2). Hot water is based on a boiler. There is also a separate toilet. The washing machine is in the hallway. Outside, next to the terrace, there is a shed that can be used as storage space.

It is an old farm, so it often remains cold and damp inside. This makes it important to heat the home properly. The energy contract will be in your name and I will contribute €50 per month to this.

The farm is located in a quiet rural area. Owning a bicycle or car is not an unnecessary luxury, as there is no public transport within walking distance. Nearby, 10 minutes by bike, is the Zoetermeer lake with the Noord Aa beach.

About me:
My age is 36, I work as an advisor for the municipality in Maarssen, which means I often spend the night in Utrecht. I also spend a lot of time on my sailboat and travel frequently to Germany.
I will keep a room for myself on the top floor.
