About the place

Hi, our names are René (42, Dutch) and Amina (18, International). We are looking for a roommate, preferably an international student for a flexible period of about 3-7 months starting from 17th of June. You can register at the address.

The house is approximately 120m2, the bedroom for rent is about 16m2 and is available fully or half furnished as you wish. The shared spaces are the Kitchen, Side kitchen, Dining area, Bathroom, Toilets and the Garden. In the bathroom on the first floor you have your own sink and a cabinet. The train station is 5-10 min walk from the house through a peaceful landscape. The train travels without transfer to Amersfoort, Utrecht or Zwolle.

The house has 3 floors: kitchen, dining area, living room and toilet on the ground floor; 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a nice bath on the first floor; and a separate shower on the second floor.

Many appliances are available: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, private fridge, all the kitchen utensils, a small TV in your room. Also, bed sheets and towels are provided. If you need a bike, I can help you out.

I am quite flexible and easy going, I only have a strict requirement that I don't want a smoker in the house (smoking a joint outside every now and then is no problem for me). Pets are allowed in consultation, I am positive about that.
