About the place

Hi everyone!

I am looking for someone to take over my room on Wooldriksweg from 1st of June. My current contract expires on 1st of August, but can be further extended on consultation with the landlord. 

- Deposit: 595€
- Rent, excl. utilities: 595€
- 5 min by bike to the city center 
- 15 min by bike to UT
- Own bathroom (in the room, separate from rest of the house) and kitchen area
- you will be sharing the terrace, a bigger kitchen and a common area (separate from what you can see in the pictures) with 3 other guys

When I took over this room it was completely empty, so some of the furniture will go, but I could probably sell some of it, if needed. (depending on what I will be able to take with me in my new place)
