About the place

Dear potential new roommate,

Greetings from our beautiful house on Twente campus! From mid-July until mid-October, a room will become available in our lovely house on the edge of the picturesque Twente campus. We're looking for a subtenant to come live with us during this period. The room will stay fully furnished, so it's perfect if you're still looking for a place to stay in Enschede during this period! Our house is a mix of 14 students, aged between 19 and 24. We are a close-knit and active community, where we cook and eat together every day. We also organize various activities such as monthly house evenings, sports events, study sessions, and fun outings, including visits to parties.

Throughout the year, we have exciting events like Sinterklaas, New Year's celebrations, a Christmas dinner, and an annual room cocktail party. We always appreciate initiative and new ideas,living with 14 people means there are always enthusiastic housemates around!

We have already organized several house holidays, a trip to the Zwarte Cross festival, and we even built a real shed. During the summer months, we enjoy beach volleyball and swimming whenever possible. We also frequently study together at the university. While your participation in activities is not mandatory, it is highly appreciated.

In our living room, you'll always find someone to enjoy a cup of tea, watch a movie, or play a game with. We take great pride in our homemade bar, where we often gather for a drink. Our house is fully equipped with two washing machines, a dryer, a spacious living room, a shared kitchen, beer refrigerators, a walk-in costume room, and a large terrace for barbecue sessions. Additionally, each room has a private balcony, bathroom, and toilet.
