About the place

The rooms have been recently renovated with a new floor, freshly painted walls, and a clean finish. Each room is furnished and ready to move in.

In addition to the rent, there is a €100 service charge per month, which includes gas, water, electricity, internet/WiFi, and use of the furniture.
