Hey future housemate!

A room will become available in our cozy student house starting in June, so we’re looking for a fun, social male student to join us.

You’ll be living with three other housemates: two girls and one guy. We enjoy spending time together now and then—having a drink, or just chilling in the living room—but everyone also does their own thing. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, nothing is forced and everything is possible.

The location is great: only 5 minutes by bike to Saxion and 15 minutes to the University of Twente, and just around the corner from Lidl and Aldi. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk with chair, wardrobe, and a cupboard. We’re looking for someone who’s willing to take over the furniture (price is negotiable).

Rent is €411 per month including utilities, with a small chance it might increase to around €430 later this year. Registration at the address is possible. The landlords drop by once a year to make sure everything stays in good shape, so the house is well-maintained.
