The house is located south of the city center of Enschede in the residential area Hogeland-Zuid with numerous amenities in the immediate vicinity, including a supermarket. 
The location is conveniently located in relation to the University of Twente, which is approximately 15 minutes by bike. Saxion University of Applied Sciences is located approximately 10 minutes by bike.
