About the place

Dear new housemate,

A room will be available in our beautiful house at the Usselerweg in Enschede from 1 June. That is why we are looking for a new male housemate between the ages of 17 and 24. 

A little more about ourselves: we live (currently) with 2 men and 4 women (the ages vary from 18 to 25) and we all study at the UT or Saxion. We eat together, go on trips every now and then and always have the door open for each other. In addition, we try to organize house evenings to watch a movie together, play a game and have drinks. Furthermore, our house has a shared kitchen and a separate toilet downstairs, a shared bathroom upstairs and a courtyard where we have a nice BBQ together and drink wine and beer.

The room that will be available from the first of June is 20 m2, is located on the second floor and has its own sink. All this with friendly housemates for a rental price of €470,- excluding g/w/e (no extra costs).
