Our preference is for an English speaking student.

 This room is about 18 m2.  Office chair and pillow are yet to come.

 The room is equipped with a bed, desk, chair, cupboard.  The kitchen has everything you need to cook.  Shower and toilet.  bed linen, etc. The washing machine is in the laundry room.  The house is shared with a maximum of 2 people.

 No smoking, no pets and no parties, the owners live downstairs.  There is a private entrance to the property.  The rental price is € 495 per month, including gas, water and electricity, including internet connection and TV connection.

 It is possible to register with the municipality
