About the place

This is a 7 m² room with a shared kitchen, living room, shower and toilets. The house is shared with a Spanish UT student, a recently graduated Dutch UT alumnus, and another Dutch housemate.
The location is ideal and perfectly balanced: 7 minutes by bike to the University, 3 to Saxion, and 5 to the city center. Within 1 minute by bike you’ll find an Aldi, Biggym, and an Action. Albert Heijn and Lidl are 4 minutes away by bike.
A new tenant is sought, whether Dutch or international. Viewings can be arranged as soon as possible.
