Furnished Room for Rent – July 1st, 2025 - February 14th, 2026

I'm a student currently living in this house, and since I'm going away for Erasmus, I'm looking for another student to sublet my room. The room is part of a shared house with 5 other students. I’m looking to sublet to someone who values cleanliness and is tidy, as I’ll want to find the room as I'll leave it including my belongings:

Two carpets
Three doormats
Small trash bin
Table lamp
Two tables
Bed table
Shoe rack
Wallpapers
Clothes hangers
Dehumidifier

The house is well-equipped and includes:

Washing machine,
Dishwasher,
Fridge/Freezer,
Storage space,
Outside courtyard,
2 bathrooms including 1 shower,
Covered bike storage,
A cleaning person comes every two weeks to clean the shared spaces.

The house has a nice student atmosphere and includes everything you'd need to live comfortably.
