About the place

Furnished Room for Rent – Available July 1st, 2025

I'm a student currently living in this house, and since I'm going away, I'm looking for another student to take over my room. The room is part of a shared house with 5 other students and is available on a yearly contract starting July 1st, 2025. Registration is available.

The house is well-equipped and includes:

Washing machine,
Dishwasher,
Fridge/Freezer,
Storage space,
Outside courtyard,
2 bathrooms including 1 shower,
Covered bike storage,
A cleaning person comes every two weeks to clean the shared spaces.

The room is on the second floor and has a nice view of the street. It comes furnished with a single bed (wooden frame) and a mattress provided by the landlord. Please note: the bed shown in the pictures is mine and will be taken.

I’m also selling the following items to the new tenant (all purchased a year ago and in very good condition):

Black desk – 65€
White bedside table – 5€
Carpet – 10€
2x chairs – 20€ each

The house has a nice student atmosphere and includes everything you’d need to live comfortably.
