I’m looking for a roommate who is perfectly fine with being home alone regularly. Personally, I value my peace and independence, but I do find it really nice to do something together now and then! Think of a movie night, having dinner together, or just catching up.

The terraced house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with a shopping centre just a 5-minute walk away.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, and rented bedroom.

The rented bedroom is located on the ground floor and overlooks the garden. From the room, there is direct access to the bathroom and a door leading to the living room.

The kitchen has an oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine, and a hot water tap.

On the second floor, the washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway.

In the garden, there is a shed where you can store bicycles, as well as a freezer.
