First of all, thanks for checking out our advertisement!

At HuizeBB, a room will become available from February 1st, 2026 until August 1st, 2026!

The room is about 24 m², has two large windows, and comes with its own sink. The rent will be around €480, including utilities and service costs. All furniture can/will remain in the room — only the computer will be taken.

Our house also has two kitchens with a dishwasher, three bathrooms, and three toilets. We have a washing machine, a dryer, and of course, a beer fridge. But the real luxury we have is a cleaning lady who cleans the common areas every week!

Whether you study at Saxion or the University of Twente, both are close by. The house is located in the city centre, so it’s about 15 minutes by bike to the university and 5 minutes to Saxion.

We are a large and active student house with 11 people (6 men and 5 women), and we are looking for a sociable subtenant. We eat together almost every day, and we love going for all-you-can-eat spareribs or heading to parties together. Because HuizeBB is a big house, there is always a door open for some company. What makes our house special is how diverse we are in terms of studies and associations. HuizeBB is a mix of Saxion and UT students, with members of various fraternities, student, study, and sports associations.

We also have a weekly HuizeBB house night every Monday, where we all eat together and enjoy drinks and fun activities until late. Other traditions include our annual Christmas dinner, winter BBQ, and the amazing intro party.
