Well-situated and neat appartment, it is spacious, nearby UT and is a 7 min bike to UT, 11 min to Saxion. I am the only other tenant, 23 yo male student at UT.

Cozy room; spacious area for living in the shared area (40m2+). 
Furnished with bed and a closet; a studying area can be created in the living room.
