About the place

Me and Annabel are opening up a room in our apartment and looking for a like-minded person to join a space shared by creative students with an active lifestyle. Not a party house, not a ghost house either. Here every day feels as a new chance..

About the apartment:
Rent: 700€ (utilities and all the belowmentioned included, price is negotiable)
12 m2 private bedroom
Shared areas to study, relax or cook (and with plenty of room to do a cartwheel)
A locked storage room to store the bike
Wifi 
Everything is really close by: 6-10min to UT, 4min to Lidl/AH, 10min to city center.

We ourselves are from Estonia and studying Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering as students in UTwente. Our daily lives consist of various routines from studying to doing sports. We’re creative, respectful, and value a healthy lifestyle with good energy in the house. We are looking for a roommate clean enough, communicative, independent, and not allergic to music playing softly in the background. Also be ready to be defeated in board games!
