About the place

Max (23), Milan (19), and Aukje (22) are looking for a new housemate. The available room is on the ground floor, is 18 m², and has a laminate floor and blackout curtains, a tilt-and-turn window, its own lock on the door, and direct access to the fenced garden. 
On the ground floor, there is also a toilet and a large garage (for parking your bike) and a washing machine. 
On the first floor is the (almost new) kitchen, which has a large fridge and freezer, a convection oven, induction cooktop, extractor hood, dishwasher, mechanical ventilation, and lots of storage space. There are also 2 tilt-and-turn windows with insect screens and sunshades. In the bathroom on the second floor, there is a rain shower, double sink with mirror, and a second toilet. 
The rent for the room excluding gas/water/electricity and internet is €467 per month (incl. €592).

Some more information about the area: there is a bus stop 200 meters from the house, at a distance of 650 meters is the Stroink Shopping Center with Aldi, Albert Heijn, a butcher, poultry shop, Kruidvat, Primera, liquor store, snack bar, pizzeria, clothing store, pharmacy, and gas station. At 1.3 km there is also a larger shopping center, Enschede South, with supermarkets such as Jumbo, Lidl, Albert Heijn. You can find pretty much every store you need there. Saxion is a 15-minute bike ride and the University of Twente is 25 minutes by bike.
