About the place

A big and spacious room is available for subrent from 6 of July 2025 to ~25 of January 2026. The room is located in a calm neighborhood 10 minutes from UT, <5 min to Saxion and ~5 min to city center by bike. Major grocery stores are also all within 5 min radius. 

The room is furnished and is naturally bright. The kitchen is clean and is shared along with the bathroom and laundry room with 4 other people. The house also has a small terrace on the roof. 

The rent is € 516 p/m (electricity, water, heating, WiFi + LAN included) with 1 month’s rent deposit that is returned at the end. Registration is not possible. 

All students are welcome irrespective of nationality or gender.
