Room for Subrent in Enschede (01.02.2025 – 31.07.2025, extension possible)

I’m subrenting my furnished room in a 5-person international student house. Registration is possible, and the room will be available from February 1 to July 31, with the option to extend for another year.

The rent is €430 per month, all-inclusive. This covers internet, gas, water, and electricity. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table, and chair. The house currently has four male tenants, but there is no preference for gender. The location is 15 minutes by bike from UT, 10 minutes from Saxion, and within walking distance of Jumbo and Aldi.
