About the place

Hi people! We are looking for a new roommate(M or F) in Enschede, starting from either mid-April or start of May. We are two guys, One studies in Saxion creative media and gaming technology, and the other studies Robotics at UT. 
The room for rent costs 473.5€,  is ~14m^2 and has a balcony as well. It also has good lighting. The house is on Rembrandtlaan, 2 minutes by bike from Jumbo,AH,Dirk,Action, 13min for the center, 15min from UT, and 8min from Saxion. Registration is possible.
From our new roommate, we expect just to be kind, respectful and not smoke indoor. Being fun is a plus 😁 
We don't usually do many activities together because we all have different schedules and lots of work.
