I like to keep the house clean and organized. I have my own social life, but I also enjoy hanging out together now and then—cooking, chilling, or doing something fun.

📅 Available from October 1st (maybe earlier)
Minimum rental period: 6 months

•	10m², bright and sunny
•	Private balcony (!) and built-in closet
•	Comes with flooring and curtains
•	The room is unfurnished, however a desk, office chair and bed are available if preferred against additional monthly costs.

🏠 The house includes:
•	Shared living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom, and toilet
•	Large sunny garden with BBQ
•	Bike storage + attic space for extra storage
•	Bonus: a 21m² garden house/garage with big windows, water, electricity, and the washing machine. Perfect if you play music, have a creative hobby, or just need extra space.

•	10-minute bike ride to the city center
•	Less than 5 minutes to the university
•	Several supermarkets within walking distance
