About the place

Room available from September 1st or October 1st (depending on the landlord’s approval).

A room will soon become available in a cozy and spacious detached student house located on the ring road in Enschede, close to both Saxion and the University! We live here with six people in total, so you would be sharing the house with five housemates. There are not many obligations in the house, apart from the cleaning schedule ;) We do enjoy having dinner together from time to time, hanging out in the living room / at Rutbeek, or going for a drink! We hope you’d enjoy that too, but also have your own things in this city :)

About the house: there is a shared, spacious kitchen, living room, sunroom, and a garden! The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, and a bike shed. The room available is 12 m² and comes with its own sink.

It is preferred that the desk and wardrobe are taken over from the person moving out.
