About the place

One room is now available in our house in Glanerbrug, Enschede. The bedroom is on the first floor and furnished with a desk and a single bed, built-in closet, with laminate flooring and curtains. The whole house has two bathrooms and three toilets (and 5 bedrooms in total). The house is currently occupied by 4 female students (A 3rd year computer science at Saxion, a 2nd and 3rd year psychology at UT, a 4th year applied physics at UT). The house has a surface area of more than 150 m2, plus a garden and a shed. There is ample parking space in front of the house, and the grocery store is 2 min walking. The living room on the ground floor is fully furnished and has a Smart TV and a few gaming consoles. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, such as a microwave, oven and dishwasher. The room is 360 euros per room excluding GWE and internet.
