About the place

Hi :)
We're 5 students living in a little house in the east of Enschede, and we're looking for a new roommate!
The house is in a really convenient location: close to the city centre, around 15 minutes by bike to the University of Twente, 7 minutes to Saxion, and also very close to the train station.
We're a friendly and easy-going household. Everyone mostly has their own life and enjoys having their own space, so we're not the kind of house that does everything together. At the same time, we're always happy to have a chat when we run into each other in the hallway or kitchen, catch up about our day, or just hang out for a bit. So if you like having your own space but also enjoy a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at home, you'll probably fit in well :)
We also have a very cute neighbourhood cat who visits us regularly and has basically become an unofficial member of the house.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and comfortable with this balance between living independently and having some nice social interaction at home.
