About the place

As of October 1st, a room will become available again on Landstraat, the shortest litte street in Enschede.

Our home isn’t your typical student house. Here, you’ll live in a cozy spot with (usually) three other roommates, two girls and a guy. All three of us are between 20 and 27 years old and just do our own thing. One of us is a student, another works, and in between, we get together for some cozy, homey fun. Every now and then, you’ll have two extra roommates in the attic, but they’re usually traveling. That’s just how it goes here!

You’ll live on the ground floor, in a bright room that you’re free to make entirely your own. You’ll share the downstairs bathroom with one other person. Plus, your room has its own kitchen! We also use the shared kitchen upstairs as our living room, and we have a spacious balcony where we set up an open-air theater in the summer evenings.
When is this house perfect for you?

If you’re looking for a quiet place where you can be yourself and do your own thing. You enjoy socializing and helping to keep the common areas tidy. If you have fun ideas for the house, whether you want to paint, do crafts, or decorate, you’re welcome to do all of that. Important: we’re looking for a guy who wants to live with us for at least one year or longer! :-)

How does it work from here?
We’d love to hear more about you! We’re curious to learn who you are, what you enjoy doing, what’s bringing you to Enschede (or why you’re looking for a new place), and what it takes for you to feel completely at home somewhere. If we see a good match, we’ll invite you as soon as possible for an (online) meet-and-greet with your roommates. If we all hit it off, we’ll introduce you to the homeowner. They’ll ultimately decide who gets to live with us. The room becomes available on October 1, which is also when the rent starts.
